The taste and quality is literally one of the best if not the best in grande Prairie!! Whether it's the appetizer, steaks, Asian cuisine, salad or anything else is just tastes amazing. Drinks very good as well!!!

Truly, this is a great place to eat and experience some fine hospitality. Our group was large, over 20 people, in order to hold a special family and friends gathering. The person whom we were honouring had her heart set on the buffet, but understood it was not offered on a Friday evening. What happened? The server and management bent over backwards to create a special evening. The place has so many different ways to configure a group setting. We ordered a select number of Chinese food dishes and they set it up for us as a mini-buffet. Massive amounts of food, huge shrimp in the buttermilk shrimp dish, all fresh ingredients. We couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. Thank you, Jackpot, for being one of those rare places that actually understand their clientele's needs.

I ordered food from here last night. The person taking the order had made a mistake and sent me only half of the order. I only paid for half however when I called them to complain about the issue with the missing food. They sent the remaining order free of charge for the inconvenience. I already really like their food. But wow that's good service!

Food was good and theirs a pool table and slot machines to keep you occupied while you wait and the menu is pretty big too choose from great place to eat and have little fun
